We now offer a Personal Medication Card for our customers. This is a way to let medical personnel know what medications you take, how often you take them and the dose. You can keep your card handy in your wallet or purse and if you require medical attention just give them your card and all of your information will be immediately known instead of trying to remember all of your information. Now when you go to a new doctor or you need to go to the hospital you don't have to take a lot of time or take your medications with you to show the doctor, all of the information is on your personal medication card. If you are a care giver for a Senior, the card could be carried in the Seniors pocket or pinned to the clothes of the Senior. If they get lost the contact information is on the reverse side of the card for the person and phone number to notify. If you have a child and they have allergies or a medical situation they could carry the card to let responders be aware of their situation. On the front side of the card is all of your medication information, you can include allergies that you might have or cautions that the medical personnel need to know, ie do not use left arm for blood pressure or needle stick. The effective date is on the card and any additional information that you might need could be included. On the reverse side of the card you can specify personal information, name, address, phone numbers or people to contact in the event of an emergency. A picture could also be added. The card is printed on heavy card stock and is laminated. The card is printed with a color laser printer so all of the information is crisp, clear and easy to read. The size of the card is the same as a business card and it will easily fit into your pocket, wallet or purse.
